 Q: What are the Long Island Beauty Awards?
A: LIBA is the ultimate celebration of elegance, innovation, and style! As the premier event in the beauty industry, we bring together the finest professionals, brands, procedures, and treatments from across Long Island.  We will honor outstanding achievements and recognize the trailblazers who have shaped the beauty landscape. From plastic surgery and skincare to extensions and sugaring, we highlight the very best in every category, showcasing excellence in craftsmanship, creativity, and ingenuity. 

Q: Can anyone go to the Awards event?
A: LIBA will take place on Monday, January 22, 2024 at the Crest Hollow Country Club. The event itself will be grandiose, sexy, and exclusive. The majority of the tickets are reserved for the finalists, sponsors, and the Beauty Board. I will be releasing thirty tickets to my loyal Beauty Affair Beauties 😘, through my Beauty Affair with Lindsay Aliseo Facebook Group as well as my VIP Email List 🥰

Q: How do businesses get nominated?
A: The Beauty Board has been working on the ballot of nominees for a few months. We used a combination of  our own experiences, considering advice from outside trusted beauty professionals and experts, as well as carefully researching each of our nominee choices. The ten Beauty Board members each had an opportunity to nominate up to six businesses/individuals for each category. Q: Who is on the Beauty Board?
A: I hand picked each of the Beauty Board members, as I have personally worked with them or experienced their expertise. They each have a unique perspective to bring to the table.💖

Q: Can a Beauty Board member nominate her own business?
A: NO. If a Beauty Board member has vested interest in a business that falls into any category, that business can not be nominated. Think about what that means!  Beauty Board members have SUCH passion for this project that they would surpass earning an accolade, to be a part of bringing you the MOST genuine beauty recommendations. 🥰

 Q: When is voting open?
A: Voting is open to the public from August 28, 2023 until October 27, 2023. Finalists will be announced on November 6, 2023.

Q: How many times can someone vote?
A: Each individual can vote one time. You will need an email address to register your vote, that email can only vote once throughout the entire voting process.

Q: Do I have to vote for all categories?
A: No. You are welcome to vote for any, all, or even just one category that you have experienced.  

Q: I have been nominated, now what?
A: All nominees must complete the Nominee Agreement by October 2, 2023. There you will find more information. Once you have completed the agreement, you will get access to LIBA nominee graphics.
