We are so excited to share these tidbits from the finalists! Please follow these instructions for recording and we will format it to match the rest!
Sending:
- Videos MUST be sent as separate video clips, please do not send one long video.

- February 28th is the cut off. Please send before this to ensure enough time for editing.
VIDEO CLIP CHECKLIST
Video Submission Checklist
Send all videos as 7-9 SEPARATE CLIPS (do not combine).
- Submit (1) ONE professional photo to be used as a cover photo on Instagram.
- Introduction
- State your name, business name, and finalist category.

- Front desk or reception area.

- Waiting area, treatment spaces, or other highlights.

Getting set up:
- Video must be positioned vertical for Instagram.
- Choose a background within your business that is clean, organized, and gorgeous.
- Make sure there is a light source in front of you and NOT behind you.
- Please utilize a tripod or ask your videographer to keep their hands as still as they can during the filming. Again, we will do all of the formatting.
- Make sure if there is music playing in the background it is turned down, and you have a quiet room.
Recording:
- Have someone ask you your chosen questions or read them out loud. The voice will not be used for the filming, this for us to reference when editing.
- When answering, please speak clearly and loud enough for the recording device. If you have a microphone, even better!
- Keep your answers short and sweet! You only have 20 seconds to answer each question. If you go over, we will have to edit your answer and shorten it. But, most of all have FUN with this!
