Hello Team Leaders!

Beauty Affair was created to celebrate and elevate small businesses within the beauty, fashion and wellness industries. What began on Long Island (NY) with a podcast and a Celebrity Bougie Brunch in January 2022 has grown into a multi-platform brand rooted in visibility, education and recognition.

We are entering our fifth year of Celebrity Bougie Brunch, completing our third season of the Long Island Beauty Awards and approaching our second year of Beauty Affair Magazine. 

Now, Beauty Affair Magazine is entering its next chapter with national expansion. This fall, the upcoming second print run will introduce national brands alongside small businesses highlighted across the United States, bringing broader exposure while maintaining our commitment to spotlighting emerging entrepreneurs.

Readers can expect coverage on all things beauty, from expert-driven education and industry insight to real conversations shaping today’s marketplace. We believe in delivering meaningful information that empowers consumers and supports professionals in a fast-moving, constantly advancing beauty world.

Lindsay Aliseo is the Founder and CEO of Beauty Affair. She is also a wife and a mother of two, and like many women in this industry, her entrepreneurial journey began while pregnant and living in a small apartment, Lindsay entered the world of direct sales. She started with Amway, then moved into Tastefully Simple and later Jamberry Nails. With Jamberry, she experienced her first true leadership climb, building a team, learning accountability and understanding how community fuels momentum.

She was the eighth LuLaRoe representative to sign up on Long Island and went on to build a substantial network surrounding that business, including launching the LuLaRoe Long Island Live Shopping Series. Through organized vendor events and collaborative retail experiences, she created space for representatives to gather, grow and sell together. She was also among the early representatives of Tori Bell Cosmetics.

Direct sales shaped her foundation. It taught her resilience, structure, responsibility and the power of women supporting women. She understands the mindset, the culture and the work behind building a team.


The National Subscription Leadership Series is rooted in that same spirit.


This is Lindsay calling on her direct sales sisters across the country to help expand Beauty Affair in a way that comes full circle. The power of network marketing is immense. It is powerful. It is bigger than most people realize. Entire communities and generational opportunities have been built from it.


This series is not meant to replace your current brand or take away from the business you have already built. It is a supplemental income opportunity and a moment to collaborate. It is an open door into the Beauty Affair family, a chance to grow alongside a national media platform and to be recognized for the leadership you already embody.

And at the end of it, there is a celebration.
A Hamptons weekend. A feature. A spotlight.

Because when women build together, the impact multiplies.

The National Subscription Leadership Series runs from March 30 through May 29, 2026. During this period, Team Leaders and their groups will sell annual subscriptions of Beauty Affair Magazine at $19.99 plus tax where applicable. 

Each subscription includes four quarterly national issues of Beauty Affair Magazine, making this a tangible, value-driven offer backed by a recognized media brand. 

  

There is no buy-in, enrollment fee or purchase required to become a Team Leader or Direct participant in the Leadership Series. Participation is performance-based. Simply sell. 


This is a commission-based sales initiative for leaders ready to elevate their influence, expand their visibility, strengthen their income stream and showcase that their team competes at the highest tier of network marketing nationwide.

Winners will be announced on June 5, 2026.  

The exclusive Hamptons weekend experience for the highest performing team is tentatively scheduled for July 23 through July 26, 2026. Final accommodations are currently being secured with our partner, StayMarquis, with confirmation expected by April 1.

Team Leaders are hand-selected through established relationships, networking and trusted industry connections. Each leader is highly experienced in network marketing and oversees a team of at least 100 active representatives within their existing downline.

We are activating between 10 and 15 Team Leaders across the United States, each working within the beauty, fashion or wellness space. With a limited number of leadership seats, each Team Leader has approximately a one in fifteen chance of earning the exclusive Hamptons experience this summer.

This is not an open call. It is a strategic leadership opportunity designed for proven sales professionals ready to compete, earn and step into national visibility.

Team Leader Consideration Form

The National Subscription Leadership Series was created to reward leadership.


Team Leaders Receive:

30% commission on all personal subscription sales

5% commission on direct Level 1 team member sales

2% commission on direct Level 2 team member sales

Directs Receive:

25% commission on all personal subscription sales

5% commission on direct Level 1 team member sales

2% commission on direct Level 2 team member sales


This structure expands unlimited horizontally, meaning there is no cap on the number of Direct Level 1 team members you may enroll. Vertically, the structure is supported to two levels, ensuring clarity, sustainability and integrity within the program.

While the commission structure may not mirror typical network marketing rates, this two-month Leadership Series delivers value that extends beyond percentage points. From national recognition to future expansion opportunities, the return reaches further than a single commission cycle.

Team Leaders

Beauty Affair’s expansion does not stop at a national print magazine.


We are currently developing the Beauty Affair Application, a digital platform designed to embody everything Beauty Affair represents and more. The app will bring together editorial content, events, brand partnerships and expanded opportunities for connection on a national scale.

In addition, the platform will include tools and visibility features designed to help Team Leaders strengthen their personal brand and expand their reach within their existing direct sales businesses, without violating the terms and conditions of their current contracts. The intention is to support what you are already building, not compete with it.


Team Leaders will have the opportunity to participate in the national launch of the application in late 2026, earning additional commissions tied to its expansion. Participation in the Leadership Series opens the door to continued collaboration, increased visibility and expanded supplemental income within the Beauty Affair ecosystem.


This is more than a seasonal initiative. It is an opportunity to grow alongside a brand that is scaling with feverish momentum. 

This series is about more than percentages.

It is about stepping into leadership publicly and confidently.
